Linda: I've been bad about updating my exercise diary since I've started using a heart rate monitor. I jog about 40 minutes, 3 times per week. I jog until my heart rate gets to 150, then I stop until it gets down to 130. Rinse and repeat for about three miles. SplendidHammer: Thank you! 2.4 lbs feels so close yet so far. Next goal is 20% body fat but maintaining my current weight (if possible). Just 2% to go :)
