Last week I was working on Cutting out soda. I was having 1 a day and once a week id have 2. Last week the first few days I had a few sips of soda and then nothing. I relapsed a bit yesterday and had one while out to eat after church.

I was expecting to have a bigger drop in weight this morning because I wasn't feeling good yesterday and didn't eat a lot for dinner but my exercise increase was more yesterday so I'm slightly disappointed at just a 0.2 drop. But it IS better than gaining. My biggest fight now is we did have Olive Garden take out for dinner because of Father's day. I ordered off the light menu and ate half so i have the other half for dinner tonight while the family has homemade pizza (promised to the kids) For lunch I have salad and a breadstick from there and then my weakness tonight there is a piece of tiramisu. I need to try to work in a bit of a work out so i can enjoy it.

Don't get discouraged! You are making positive changes and even though you didn't see a huge weight loss, think about how much HEALTHIER you are without the extra sugar! The weight WILL come off as you keep at it!
