One of this weeks meal preps. My absolute favorite Thai Curry Chicken on top of Jasmine Rice with a side of Steamed Broccoli. Yumm! I’ve probably shared before, but oh well! Its too good not to share! 😀

Looks tasty! I can't handle spice but recently made a (modified) Thai peanut sauce. Low carbs and high in good fat and proteins, and it tastes good!

My wife doesn’t like spicy food either Cyrus. The Curry Paste I use for this is pretty mild. This is her favorite meal prep dish as well.
