Diario de Tiramisa, 26 jul. 11

Well i read my last journal entry from June and not much has changed!lol I really gotta focus on this cause i gained another 3.3 pounds! So I will cause if i don't i won't fit into any of my new clothes which are already getting tight! so 1 pound in the next two weeks is my goal. The solution is wii-everyday for at least 10 minutes. Walk on days off. Soups and salads to work for meals with hard boiled egg. Breakfast can be whatever i want as long as i do eat breakfast. Dinner will be meat and veggies no carb. No evening snacks. Lots of water. Lots of tea. No more cookies, candies, ice cream until i lose at least 5 lbs!! And when i do i am taking myself down to marshalls and buying myself some fabulous article of clothing. period. i kno i can do this.
