Slow and steaady it goes. I can't wait until I see 249 on the scale. I am so sick of seeing 250's I say that about every 10lbs. It was so much more fun putting it on then trying to take it off. It was alot faster to. But I keep chuging along i'll get there someday.

You are worth the effort. Just read your profile and it reminded me of myself in some ways. While it is more work in many ways to "take it off" than "put it on" ... don't give up on yourself!! It will indeed be a "forever" process ... because you are battling more than just eating. You are fighting against all those old life messages that others gave you about who you are. You know now that you are much more than just your body!!! Someone told me once that the joy was in the journey not the destination. While I still struggle with embracing that idea ... I find that when I do ... it is so very true. So glad you are here and you have discovered that you are indeed lovable and worth love!!! Stay the course!!!
