Today is not a good day. Attended an event and had no controll over what I could eat...and few choices to choose from 😵‍💫. It's things like these that makes one fail at keeping up with good intentions. 🤔 I need to learn to deal with such events. Going to ignore today and carry on tomorrow as if nothing happened.👊 I got this..

I hate that too but I don't want to become asocial either! So what to do ... ?! My suggestion is: 1. Eat something before you go 2. Save some calories for the event 3. Choose calorie wise and limit 4. Whatever you eat .. do a rough calorie estimate 5. Drinks? Beer is not so high in calories. Spirits like Whiskey, etc. Is only about 60 calories a tot ... 25ml. Dry red and white wine .. about 1 calorie per ml. 6. Start fresh the following day. 1 day eating outside the program you follow is not going to kill you or set you back that much ... What do I do? Trying to avoid social events! ... Hahaha ... 😳😬🤐

Thanx Capie. I will try that. Luckily it does not happen often 😁. But when I recommitted myself this time, I promised myself to not be derailed by once off incidents again. I must just start fresh the following morning.. like you also said. 💪😁 So far so good. This morning is my starting weight, so I don't even know if Saturday had an influence. I did not weigh me last week. Lets see what this week brings me 💪💪💪
