I hate that too but I don't want to become asocial either! So what to do ... ?! My suggestion is:
1. Eat something before you go
2. Save some calories for the event
3. Choose calorie wise and limit
4. Whatever you eat .. do a rough calorie estimate
5. Drinks? Beer is not so high in calories. Spirits like Whiskey, etc. Is only about 60 calories a tot ... 25ml. Dry red and white wine .. about 1 calorie per ml.
6. Start fresh the following day. 1 day eating outside the program you follow is not going to kill you or set you back that much ...
What do I do? Trying to avoid social events! ... Hahaha ... 😳😬🤐
