I'm finding that by not stressing about diet, I'm less focused on eating. Meaning I'm not obsessing. Which is good. I think for now I'll continue to weigh in weekly and forget about writing everything down. Until it stops working. Maybe it's the stress of the divorce. Maybe it's because my stomach shrank while I was sick. I'm not knocking it, but I'm going to keep doing it.
