Does anyone know if there is a way to import the nutrition info from a recipe from the “the big mans world”? Made mint protein bars from site and can’t figure out a close substitute on the pre loaded food in fat secret library

Are you trying from your mobile app or a computer? From a mobile app go into search feature and put in Mint Protein bar. Scroll to the bottom and where it states add new food go there. I choose Custom Food Entry and then you can enter all the info- you have to have serving size, calories, fat, carbs and protein to make it accept it The other feature I like is using the cookbook and just go to cook book, at the bottom is add recipe. You add all the ingredients and how many servings and then it will give you a per serving macro's for your FS diary. I use the cookbook for a lot of things I make a lot beasue then it is easy to just add the serving to my diary.

to make a custom meal on the app - you go to diary at the bottom of the screen - then pick your meal -then on the top where it says "recently eaten" you scroll over to the right twice until you get "saved meals" - then pick "new saved meals" and add foods

Or like someone already said search for mint protein bar and then scroll down to add new food - that's easier

Or, if this is a recipe that you made from scratch enter the recipe into your “cookbook”. Tedious but as far as I know that’s it.
