32lbs later... Well, the Dukan Diet was a perfect fit for me... Eating seafood every day (Salmon, Tilapia, Tuna), along with Mexican salsa and salad in this second phase, I must say that I'm very happy to have gone so far... I could only go surfing with a 6'6 surfboard before and I struggled to do maneuvers given my weight + wetsuit... Now I can surf with a 6'2 short surfboard, and I have lots of plans for surf trips: Mexico, Indonesia, Hawaii... Can't wait...
Here's my weight loss burn-down chart... The blue bars were a result of taking a break from the Bay Area and flying to San Diego to surf and meet friends... Yes, first time leaving the diet, eating the best pizza at Ocean Beach!!! Too bad I got a cut on my toe second day I was there after surfing... I made to the gym one day, and I waited for 5 days to hit the gym again...
Almost half way of what I have planned... As projected, I will stick around with Dukan diet until beginning of September...
