I did really well through lunch yesterday but then went on a binge later in the evening due to reasons I won’t say and I feel bad about it. First time it’s happened that badly since my weight loss journey has started. Picking myself up from my bootstraps this morning and getting back into a better headspace! One day won’t derail me!
