no more food entry for me. It's good to see what you're eating and how much nutritional wise, but if your daily routine is making better choices and making it a daily habit to eat this way, why waste the time doing it?

I think as long as I eat right and still lose fat as well as tone, everything will be okay.

Good luck to you. I always have problems getting enough food when I don't keep a journal of at least most of my food intake. It's a pain to do it all the time, but until I get to my goal weight, I'm going to continue doing it.

Once your goal is reached, u can take a break from entries. Its good to track trends and tendencies of carb, fat, protein often. weight in is a must. Gd luck

yeah. It's hard to keep up but turns into a habit after a while. It's just to help you reach your goal faster and on time. It also helps show you what you did wrong or right. But after your goal is met, I wouldnr keep doing it as long as you don't gain crazy weight. As long as you eat right you're good. And thanx. I'm almost there =)
