Gosh! I spent two hours making this dish. I tried to recreate the Indian recipe. And everything was fine until I added extra salt. It’s too salty... I couldn’t even finish it. I’ll add some water and cream later; it may help get rid of the excess salt.

Good luck. I have never found a solution to over salted food. If your idea works, let me know. I like Indian food a lot.

add something acidic like lemon or lime juice, acv, more low salt tomato sauce. or just up the volume quantity of the dish by adding lots more veggies, rice or proteins. the first option of adding something acidic will neutralize the saltiness but not lower the salt content. increasing the volume by adding more ingredients will neutralize and lower the salt content in each serving.
