Diario de POWENCH, 18 ago. 09

Worked with a personal trainer yesterday. I have set a short term goal of being under 200 by my Birthday...So lame that I could not get there before now.I will admit to some backsliding foodwise, but I have stayed with the exercise all the way. Still stuck at the 210 mark and hovering....I think this is the way it is going to be for the rest of this journey. A very slow descent on my way to 175. I am NOT giving up, but it sure would be nice if I could get cut a little slack on the scale. It would really help the motivation.

I found out I am anemic and so this has presented the challenge of taking iron, which has all kinds of fun side effects, bloating, nauseia, and constipation. Eating the foods is not enough however, so I am suffering with the pills.

In every other way the Doc says I am doing everything right, and I am really healthy for a women my age, even though I have a few pounds to go.

God, I want this really bad, but is it bad enough to give up the blts,(bites, tastes and licks)to get there...stay tuned!
