Information, Thanks for the positive feedback. I should feel good after your comment but I did not exercise last night. However my food control was good and I plan on keeping it like that for now, I am still losing at a slow pace which is good. I would like to re-start with the exercise just to tone-up my body a little not necessarly to lose more weight since I am almost at my first goal of 140lbs.
