I would like to know if any of you take supplements to support metabolism? Currently, I take MCT oil in Bullet Proof coffee for breakfast. Long ago I also took L-Carnitine, Chromium & Co-Q10. I remember this combo also boosted my energy level so I'm thinking of adding these back in. I do take a daily multivitamin also.
