I traveled today .. it was a lovely day but sadly i forgot everything about my diet i was really out of control :( !! Wish me luck for tomorrow's weight in .
And as we always say " Tomorrow is a new day " ;)

Yes..."Tomorrow IS a NEW day!" PLUS you are young, healthy, active, and ALREADY at a HEALTHY weight (even if not quite at goal)....YOU will be FINE...I am confident!!! (IF tomorrow's weighin is NOT favorable...just take it in stride...NO Panic!!! YOU still are doing FANTASTIC !!!!!! :)

Thank you so much :) yea i gained some weight but it's okay .. this is life ups and downs . I will start again stronger ;)
