Diario de Bionici, 08 abr. 23

I road 90 minutes on the recumbent bike today which is only the 3rd time being able to go that far since I re-injured my knee in September. The legs were flying today, and covered a little over 24 miles during that time. It felt great. Sunday is a day off from my normal exercise routine, but I'll still be trying to get in 10000 steps regardless. I'm not really sure what we will be having for dinner on Easter, but my wife is a phenomenal chef and it will be good,...whether it is a salad or a full blown meal. Maybe we will go out. Either way is good. This week has been a little difficult on losing weight. The weight on the scales was at 200 on 3/30, but for some reason I went up about 4 pounds since then. During the week my wife made a thick butternut squash soup with chorizo and Yukon gold potatoes. It is absolutely delicious. Maybe that had something to do with the temporary gain. But, I dropped a little over a pound from yesterday, so am hoping it will continue tomorrow.
