Good day on the diet front. I need to increase the veggie amount. It is harder to do on work days. The best thing about Atkins is the amount of energy I have. I actually feel like doing things. I went back to my Livestong site and realized I've lost 27 lbs since May 1st. WooHoo! Hoping to hit 35 by August 1st. That would be 275. I can do this!

You can do this. I had such a probelm getting in all my veggies at first but I eat a huge salad every day at lunch, which I do bring to work, and that really ups my numbers.
