Grr I seriously only need to lose 10lbs to be in the 170's and I know I can do this recently ive got back in touch with some old friends and eating bad going out with them but i know i couldve made healthier choices and i only have me to blame so i went shopping yesterday for some healthy foods and joined a challeneg to stay away from fast food and eating/ordering out. Fingers crossed im hoping to lose 5lbs before August I know i can do this!
