Considering that I had to travel out of state with the passing of my mother, I will take the 1lb. loss. Now to get thru Memorial Day, but planning healthier food for all as I am doing the cooking. Giving thanks to all the men and women who protect our country.

You sorrow is felt and honored at this time. Please be gentle with yourself at this time of loss. Just make healthy choices at this time and keep your head up. Remember all of the support your mother gave you over the years and know that she is still supporting you but in a different way now. Much love and respect.
