Sunday, back to work day. I find I do tend to journal more on my workdays. I've done a pretty good job staying low carb, but still need to up my veggie intake. Did really well yesterday on the eats, but no strenuous activity. I did walk the farmer's market & grocery store & did laundry & ironing. I just keep pluggin and the scale shows the numbers decreasing.
