I ate only 390 calories today. hopefully I'll be able to eat regular tomorrow. 🙂

i have done that for school/work and i was so dizzy when i got home, i was afraid of binging so i had to keep reminding myself to eat slow and take time to assess if i was still hungry...i hope you are ok and able to eat healthily. you got this!!
