Well, that happens, especially in vacation time, however, I think the important thing is that you have not given up or quit altogether. You can undo the vacation weight and continue where you left off =).. maybe do a little extra this week just to make up for it. add 10 minutes to your workout. Dont feel bad =)
Im no one to talk though.. ive not used the treadmill since the first week i tried this website... but im not giving up.. lol
