I work out religiously.. Six days a week means six days a week.. If I don't, I feel odd, physically and mentally.. So I don't understand how to reply to people who ask me "how do you manage that!?".. well.. its a way of life for me.. i mean you manage to brush your teeth daily, don't you? and i think it should be the same for everyone.. not just working out at the gym.. could be any form of exercise.. even if you are at the 'right' weight or size..
