After being so frustrated today, I decided to take the kids for a walk to get some family exercise time together. We ended up having a great time and discovered a new walking trail. Not sure how far we went, but it seemed like a good 3 miles - they were on their bikes and I power walked and it finished off with a huge uphill climb. Proud of myself for finding a positive alternative to my negative day! :)
