I did cardio kickboxing at the gym today (without eating first) and I don't still feel like I want to die, but it's fairly close. I'm sipping a shake now and it's getting better but for a while there I was thinking, "Hm...wonder if I'm going to hit the floor nose-first or skull-first."

No lie. It was tough.

Elliptical may be fun and stuff, but bouncing around like an idiot for an hour (jump rope????!!!!) makes you realize how NOT in shape you really are.

Word.
