My best suggestion is to add veggies to every meal. Also, start small. I go to exercise classes because the teachers are motivating. Do they have any at the Y? Also, I don't think that you have to kill yourself every time you exercise, so start off easy and don't even push yourself. Just start easy and get the hang of whatever you pick as an exercise (or two!). Then, you'll get better at it and do it more. In my case, my husband said I couldn't do it, so now I have to go every day! Good luck!
