@Madeleine, try this simple one :
1/4 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup oats , mix everything in a jar that seals nicely and refrigerate over night , you can also add any seeds that you like , berries etc, for a bit of sugar add a pinch or cinnamon 🤪
Trust me it’s amazing since I tried it, I’m enjoying it and also check Pinterest for more other recipes 😊
