any suggestions on anti-inflammatory foods? we had a BUSY weekend and I ate waaayyy too much gluten, I am now in a hashimotos flare-up. that being said, i am doing a gluten and dairy cleanse. any suggestions/tips? I am all ears. this is my first time feeling like this.

My favorite is turmeric. Berries, salmon, broccoli, leafy greens, garlic, ginger, chias, bone brother, EVOO, green tea.

It's more what you can avoid: red meat, dairy, added sugars & flour, processed meats (bacon, sausage, lunch meats). The Mediterranean diet is anti-inflammatory and lauded by dieticians. Instead of bread, just replace with a salad or cooked veg.

I take 4000mg of Turmeric each day. No side effects for me and it really helps with bowel inflammation/ Crohn’s symptoms.
