Diario de sexynonna, 11 jul. 11

I am just not hungary...I'm afraid some old habits are sneaking back.I have been skipping meals and I know that is not good.Some have been unavoidable,but some I have just not been able to eat.Roasted a chicken today on the grill,smelled wonderful,thought I was hungary,ate only two bites and only half of my salad.If I keep this up,I'm afraid I'll gain back what I have loss.

Have you tried just doing several smaller meals/snacks throughout the day. That makes it easier for me.

You are stressed, you have a lot going on. Don't give up on yourself! You have been doing so good. Only you can take care of you, don't forget that part. Try the smaller meal plan as PG suggested, maybe that will get you going back on track!

Thanks,I am trying smaller meals but it just won't go down,and if it does,it comes back up..GG,you are right,I am super stressed out right now.Between my grown children acting like 2-year-olds,my hubbys health and the wedding,I just feel sick at my stomach.Just bought 2 lbs of raw,unsalted almonds and a box of bars to take with on the plane and to have in case of an atkins emergency.I am determined,if nothing else.... nonna

Sexy - it is hard to battle nerves - things will get back to normal soon enough.

Nonna, I hope you feel better soon. I understand well about the bad habits of letting stress consume you and skipping meals. This journey is about your health. Don't let other things or other people influence it.

Oh girl, do I know that feeling, it is horrible! I really feel for you, I do. There is so much in life we have just no control over what-so-ever! We can't always fix what we think needs fixing either, espcially with other people. The only thing you can do, is take care of you! The nuts & the bars were a great idea. I hope you can find some inner peace that will allow you to calm yourself so you can relax & live happily with your choices.
