It was a gorgeous 62 degrees outside yesterday. I've walked when it's 22, but when at 40 degrees warmer, I WANT to get outside and enjoy the weather. Both my son and my dog came with. I let my son dictate every turn and he surprised me by continuing our journey instead of heading back home. I guess all three of us needed the fresh air.

Tonight's workout will be DDPY at home before errands. Temperature isn't too bad today (in the 50's) but it's raining. I'm so glad we got out yesterday and enjoyed the brief glimpse of spring while it lasted.
