WOW!!! I can't believe it but I've hit another milestone. I have lost 60 lbs!!! I'm about 12 to 13 lbs of being at my orginal major goal that I set. Sometimes it seems so hard to lose weight because I hit these lows that just suck but then there are days like today that are awesome. This last 10 lbs that I have lost has come off fairly easy. There are times the weight seem to be stuck but then all of a sudden it just melts off. I have noticed a definate pattern though. I will go for a bit and no matter how good I watch my calories and no matter how much I exercise it seems like I can't lose a thing. Then all of a sudden for like a few days or so the weight just comes off without any effort at all. I'm thinking that during the time I can't lose weight that I am building muscle and then I hit a point and stop building the muscle and then my body shifts to losing the fat. I feel great but now I have some other feelings that I am now dealing with that I am not use to. I am going to journal about those feelings but I going to put it in a different entry because this one is already long.
