Maybe making your shake with 2% milk (adds 122 cals). One large egg has about 75 cals. If you like peanut butter, it is calorie dense (about 100 cals a tbsp) and makes a great addition to the shake or on a slice of toast. Have a look at my diet calendar for ideas if you like.
