I did well this past week, but I think my body is still very much adjusting to the changes. I've felt off kilter with headaches, feeling light headed, and fatigue. I'm not quiet sure how to handle this, but I'm doing my best.
Glad to see the scale finally headed in the right direction. I can tell I'm getting stronger, more flexible, and my endurance is increasing.
