Still losing weight but I haven't been tracking my food here and know my calories are creeping up, my fat intake has gone down and I've been feeling really hungry as a result - have been substituting with Atkins bars and other low carb products etc which I know slow me down a bit. Been so busy the last month or so it's been a bit harder to be disciplined in meal prep, although I'm still disciplined with my lunches and dinners - more the snacks that I'm getting slack with - using atkins bars instead of whole food. Time to knuckle down again and eat super clean for a while. Going to start tracking in my food diary again as much as possible, as I know it helps me to see what I'm doing.
