Well, I got the verdict that I will have to have surgery on my knee. I won't get it until May 22nd. I'm preparing by making sure I really stay on a clean eating plan and change my workout to cycling and water aerobics. I did 30min of cycling and felt good. I hope to drop about ten pounds before the surgery.
