gooooooood mornin ...first day back in the gym...been 5 days...would of been so easy just to roll over again this morning an sleep thru the workout...with the temps in the 90s an the humidity high...just hard to stick with the program...just want to stay in an stay cool...walmart is on the list today...so hopefully can get it done this morning before it starts getting to hot again...not much else is new...same ole...different day...

thanks bren...yes it was hard to get back into a routine...an like you said once it was over i was glad...and even though i been at it awhile...my body still cant seem to make it an enjoyable habit...lol...

I have never liked doing exercise but it must be done in order to make you feel better and it is good for ya...
