Good morning friends, I made it through the long week-end without eating off plan once.Didn't over-eat and I am getting a lot better at portion control.I have been practicing guessing measurements and then actually using the scale.I am getting closer to being able to eye-ball amounts.That is going to help me stay on plan on the cruise,hopefully.I really don't plan on eating bad or going off plan.I have worked too hard and loss to slowly to gain it back with "just a little of this or just a bite of that won't hurt" I am so much stronger than that.I know what alcohol does to me and just how much I can have.I don't count that as a cheat,just a stop. That said....I'm off to the gym...got to sweat out the two drinks I have last night with my hubby..good times..:) nonna
