Rough week after jumping jacks during a HIIT session caused a really sore back. It's Friday and I have already been back at it. Nice tabata session yesterday and body weight/cardio session today. I could not fit into my already too tight grey dress pants this morning. I hope that I will continue to allow that to help me clean up my eating.
The water goal of at least 3 liters has been going well and so far the last two nights, I have been in bed before 10.
