Diario de Trying2Improve, 29 dic. 22

I have started my weight loss journey yet again. I find it really hard to be consistent with my son and husband eating junk. My body is telling me so many foods are awful for me. I'm listening to my body and that is a big step for me. I don't have a scale but I'm pretty sure I weigh my highest I've ever been. last I weighed myself was 280 and I feel worse than then.

Take one meal at a time, count the calories, burn more than you eat and you will lose
