Dukan DAy 30

143.7 SLOOOOWLY nudging my way toward 140. I am stuck in this low cal cycle. My intuition says to try more cals but am too rigid to do it.....SU is losing weight eating less and he does not understand why I am stalled. Either do I really. I thought it was calories in/calories out, right? (Sarcasm)

Will eat more today-promise to self.

SU is a man, w/ a better metabolims than yours. Sorry, but its true. His stall will come too, someday. hm, Snack more inbetween meals? Have you looked at the zig zag calculator? I have sent that to you before, right? Also, time to look at the 'other' factors. Are you on Medication that would stall weightloss? You mentioned artificial sugars on my journal, have you looked into those? How much do you eat? I remember Dividedbyzero telling me to watch the alcohol sugars in the fudgislces we ate. 'big wigs' are saying its better to eat real sugars instead. You just never know how your body will react to stuff that is not real food. Sleep, stress, I know, I know... there are so many factors. Positive thinking! I am very proud of you!!

Thank you! Yes the sugar alcohol and artificial sweeteners are a problem for some. I don't think I eat very much of them at all. Had Splenda for first time two weeks ago when I made lemonade. I try to stay away from it in general but will have the occasional sugar free ice cream concoction. I burned out on fudgesicle last year-got the Klondike habit for a while but kicked that last month. Have to do the zig zag more consistently-I think it does work for me sometimes. The first thing is don't give up.
