The injured knee feels stronger this A.M., and road 20 minutes (4.45 miles) on the bike. I still have to build up to 70 - 90 minutes per day. PT exercises for the knee and back stink, but gotta do them, and still have another set later on in the day. On Friday and Thursday, I had about 400+ more calories each day than I really intended, and paid for it today when I weighed. Hopefully, dinner will be moderate. Lunch and breakfast were only about 750 calories in total. Keeping focused, and doing those exercises. Everyone enjoy the holidays. God is good !!
