Great job! What was your secret? 

Oh nice.... yes, how did you do it?? 

Wonderful! Please fill us in on how you did it. I need all the help I can get to lower my cholesterol. :) 

How did I do it? I started by reading all labels and watching my cholesterol intake. Also I found these supplements on the internet called HEARET SAVIOR by New Health. They really worked. They contain Co-Q10, Red Yeast Rice, Phytosterols, and a few other ingredients. IT WORKED! I can hardly believe it!

Hubby takes CQ-10 also (for his high blood pressure) plus other vitamins daily. His last check up his BP was normal. =) Great job being so proactive in your health and thanks for sharing, gug. I'm happy for you. 

Bravo, Bravo! Great job! I too take CoQ10, for overall heart health, good to know it helps with cholesterol, too. :) What mgs were you taking for it?

That is wonderful news! The Red Yeast Rice is actually a natural statin. Be sure to have your liver enzymes checked regularly while taking this as it does the same things to the liver as regular statin drugs do and you should be golden! :)
