Ugh, two days and I didn't track my foods. I ate less than admirably as well, maybe that is why I conveniently didn't track. No excuses! I just wanted some fettucine alfredo with buttery garlic cheese bread. I also just wanted some grape licorice. Got to put an end to that free for all food eating without forethought. Will not undo my good and hard work so far. In times past a day or two of poor choices would've spiraled me into a "might as well quit" mindset. Not this time! Just gonna get refocused and recommitted. As many ladies in my WW meetings used to say....nothing tastes better than skinny feels. Although I don't believe any of us should strive for "skinny" as skinny isnt necessarily healthy. I am gonna lean towards that mantra...nothing tastes better than fit feels!
