My nutritionist (who cured her own breast cancer with nutrition and eastern medicine) told me that having a few fries once in a while is better than having a baked potato because French fries have less sugar than a baked potato. My nutritionist shunned all sugar. I have followed her guidance and it has done wonders for my health and weight.

agree. i love cheeseburger salad. prefer cottage cheese as my side (but french fries would taste good also)
