I did the "Walk it off in 30 DVD. I only lost like 4 lbs during it. I didn't see much change. I did feel a lot better though and I knew I was getting stronger. The next thing im going to try is "No more Trouble Zones" with Jillian Michaels. I like her videos because they usually really work. I have two other and you can look at my results on YouTube from those. I think it's called "Before and after Ripped in 30 and 30 day shred" feel free to look at my video. Hopefully I'll get back down to where I was. it's very slow going though. 😑
71,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 5,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 10,6 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
