So Im angry with myself but not discouraged I was very undeciplined with my eating from thursday to yesterday including cake, ice cream, fast food, and brownies! Well ofcourse ive gained a few pounds and have only myself to blame...today i started fresh back on my diet better to restart than to give up and i know i can loose the few i gained if i just stay on track i also have 4 nights of kickboxing ahead of me so im not too worried. Yesterday i threw out all the "bad" food left overs so this week I only have healthy foods around me. I tried on my wedding gown this weekend for the first time since January and it looks amazing and will need to be taken in YAY! Im so excited only 3 months to go!

Glad to hear you are not discouraged. My weight has stalled for the last three weeks, I have been bouncing around the same 2 lbs. I am just staying on plan, doing my wii fit and hoping that soon it will start moving again.

hmm...maybe theres something you dont realize thats stalling. When I was on weight watchers they would tell us to have a cheat day or meal and that it would actually make the body start losing again...
