Diario de loosinisfun, 14 jul. 09

gooooooood mornin...another day another walk and alot of thinkin while i was walkin...even though mp3 player was playin upbeat music...i do my best thinkin for journalin at this time..was thinkin how most mornings when i get up its fairly easy to get ready for that morning walk an then ther are days i just want to say the heck with it, but somehow i drag my body outta the house an down the road all the time thinkin...once i get to a certain part of the walk i will turn the corner an take a shorter route, but by then my feet have taken over an my mind is caught up in thought and i just keep walkin...odd how that seems to happen each day..today is day 8 of walkin without any days off...gonna see how many days i can go before my body tells me it needs a day off...been averagin around 11,000-12,000 steps a day dependin on what kind of a day i have...not as good as when i was going to the gym, but better then when i first started out...if i could do an hour on the bike each day, then id have over 20,000 steps...but like everything else easier said then done...well almost cooled off again...an need to get up an moving once again...have a greattttttttt day...o by the way twin...picked a mator this mornin size of a softball...mmmmm good...lol...
