APhoebe, thanks! Cold weather lights the cooking fire in me. I've been cooking like crazy. But tomorrow it will be nice outside (I hope!) And so I will just have a leftover night or something easy like pasta. 😁

Morti and ginome, Thanks so much! Turkey meatloaf muffins are not dry. Everyone here loves them! I wish I had made sautéed onions to go with it, but I ran out of time.
