Weigh-in tomorrow. We'll see if the crazy exercise and same caloric intake makes a difference on the scale. I'm averaging 2.8 with "bare minimum" exercise, so 5 days a week for an hour a day cardio should (hopefully) make a difference.
If I drop another 2.8 again, I will be very surprised. I'm not quite hitting the water like I should be (she says sipping, but only because she just remembered), but now that I'm back at work that should go better.
Everything is so much easier at work because I'm on a schedule. It's those dang weekends where the craziness happens. I was annoyed at the every-3-hour alarm because I was doing other things and my mind wasn't on eating (which is crazy when you think about it knowing what I am like with food).
I found an old day planner and my weight in 2005 was 175. So I'm slowly creeping towards that. Let's get me past it! Hopefully by August if all goes well.
But, I get it. One pound at a time.
